What am I doing wrong?

There's no indication of Blender how big the car is so it's hard to tell.

Wheelbase in metres is probably an easy thing to check.

This works for me, just change Z to -Z (noob error by me that I'm stuck with til the next model). Select everything you want to export in Blender first:
