For the second race of the RD rF2 January Trophy we'll stay in the US, but this time it is single-class racing, with GT3's at Watkins Glen. With great lightning at the track, and an atmosphere that beats almost every other track, it will be a twilight race!

Eligibility:
You must be a PREMIUM member. You must also use your REAL NAME on all RD servers and TeamSpeak, and include this in your forum profile. It is the only way of identifying who you are during an event.

How to get real name in rFactor 2 and RaceDepartment Forum.
For rFactor 2. click on your name/nickname on the top right while in the menu of the game. Then change "name" to your real name.

This can also be done manually outside the game in the player.json by opening that file in notepad (or similar) and change "Player Name" to your real name. That file can be found in: Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\UserData\player

You are also required to have your real name showing on the RaceDepartment forum. You don't need to have that as you nickname, but on your account details page: https://www.racedepartment.com/account/account-details you can scroll down to "real name" write it there, and that is good enough :)

If your username is the same as your real name, then you don't have to write anything there :)

SERVER IS UP!

GetMod is available for the track! :)
RealWeather is on again, please see OP for forecast.

Please note that atm the track layout is TBA. Both Watkins Glen Boot NC (The long, with no chicane) and Watkins Glen NC (the short, with no chicane) is currently loaded. I need to do some testing to choose which layout to use :)
If you are on the server and want the next layout, vote "next track" and it will load in the next layout :)
