Got this issue after last update and new cars/tracks install.
Even if the FPS (~150) are the same as it was before.
Lowered the field cars view from 25 to 16 and it improved a lot.

I have a friend that had a similar issue, he unsubscribed from all itens in the workshop and uninstalled all mods, leaving only what he was using for the that particular race. No more issues. Lots of trouble but may be a light in the end of the tunnel.
