Don't undrstand. Unable to unzip the files !

Corrupted file ! The size sound good (11 706ko). Try many time with differents versions but always the same bug !

That's weird, I downloaded it from here and can open it just fine. If anyone else has the issue I'll try to reupload it.

In the meantime I've uploaded the files to my google drive here
You can just download the tyre set you want from here, all are there

Thanks for pointing this out, I will work on a fix in the next update.
Since they're all in the same psd do you think it would work correctly if they were all blank? Atleast as a part time fix?

I would recommend to work with single files for every tire texture. It will make your work much easier :)
Also I always try to follow the kind of Kunos do things like that.
In case of the tires:
WZDKGtM.jpg

On top the diffuse textures and normal maps and below the associated alpha channels.

So you can make some great tires:
