May I ask why this has been released when all the tires have been included with most of the F1 skins already and does this include inters and wets?

No, It's includes all the dry tires. Most F1 skins don't have Super, Ultra Softs and Hard tires.

This one for example already contains all the tires in a separate folder, a few others do as well. Just thought I'd mention it.
