RSS Formula Hybrid 2021 - shifting lights for different teams - every team done as close as possible

Different shifting lights configurations for FH2021, samples taken from oboard videos. DRS lights are not matched with the real ones because i didnt know how to make the lights turn on when drs is available and then turn off when drs is enabled.

HOW TO INSTALL:
1. Unpack car data through content managerView attachment 578163
2. Inside new data folder replace digital_instruments.ini with the one you want
3. Pack the data back with conent manager

I looked into the files and saw you can change the drs AVA and Act lights by adding new lines and change the name to like DRS_Ava_1 ...the colors tho are a bit confusing to change

[DRS_AVAILABLE_0],[DRS_ENABLED_0]...you can you can use [led_0] and others for drs available or enabled if wrote [DRS_AVAILABLE_1] for e.g...and change the color using the emissive value its confusing for me
