And why not use the alpha channel for carbon effect?

yea used it as inspiration, and didn't want it on the car as it then was beginning to be to much of the same

But looks bad af without the build-in carbon effect, as @chargingcar has made a nice txdetail carbon-fiber with nm map and matched the scale of it to the chassis_c parts. And caron texture om the lower sidepods looks distorted and blurred, like the halo and rear wing endplates.
