The Circuit de la Sarthe plays host to the third round of the 2017 RDLMS by Vesaro series on Saturday, with 40 cars looking to fight for the victory spoils in our 24 hour marathon.

The Thrustmaster 24 Hours of Le Mans is the scene for our third and longest race of the seventh running of the RDLMS by Vesaro rFactor 2 championship. Following an incredible opening couple of exchanges for the new season both teams and drivers will be chomping at the bit to take to the famous tarmac of Le Mans in another battle of speed, nerve, skill and commitment as they look to pick up arguably the most coveted and difficult race victory in all of sim racing - a 24 hour race victory.

With the race running from Saturday 24th to Sunday 25th June in both day and night conditions, the competitors of RDLMS by Vesaro will have ahead of them a punishing endurance challenge at the deceptively difficult Circuit de la Sarthe in Le Mans. The drivers will have to battle each other, the track, the elements and their own mental and physical fatigue in what is a punishing test of skill and perseverance at Le Mans. With so much on the line for every driver, even the smallest mistake could be the key to undoing your teams chances of taking the victory spoils when the chequered flag falls at the end of he race.

Podium finishers last time out, Drillers Motorsport have gotten into the Le Mans spirit ahead of the big race with the release of this awesome preview video, designed to signify the intention of the team to put together all the obvious potential displayed in the opening rounds of the season for a crack at the biggest virtual race of the season - Le Mans.

Drivers Yohann Harth, Robin Bondon and Alexis Paradot showed outstanding pace and performance last time out at Silverstone as they looked to make amends from their disappointing Interlargos retirement. With solid points for third place in the bag, and the renewed confidence that comes with mastering the challenging Silverstone Grand Prix circuit, Drillers should be in with a solid chance of snatching a big result at Le Mans and pushing themselves right to the forefront of the championship battle in what is a hard fought Prototype category in this seasons running of the RDLMS by Vesaro league.
