Sorry for the early upload, it was because that I've decided to release it before tomorrow. It replaces Red Bull.
Don't forget to do a backup before you install it!

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Extract the "cars" folder to your F1 2013 game directory.
2. If popup appears: click "Yes", if you have Windows 7.
3. If you have Windows 8, click "Replace the files...

It's here, but it's the 1996 one. But the Rothmans Williams liveries from 1994-1996 resemble together IMO.
