Are you new to simracing? Is Online Racing a step you haven't braved yet? Do you fear making mistakes or getting in other people's way on track? Well guess what, Rookie Nights are aimed at you - people new to simracing, or people wary of the wilds of public servers. We want to give you a place to experience the wonderful joy of racing other simracers, people who share your passion and who give clean and respectful racing the highest priority.
To ease you into racing here at RD, we have chosen the fantastic Mini Cooper and twinned it with the short National layout of Silverstone - a very drivable combo. To take part, just sign up in the thread below, and a password will be sent along with any info you may need to get started.

I've had a question regarding the Mini's handling and the default setup. Yes, it is very lift-oversteery and can be a bit of a handful. You really need to be back on the throttle hard to counter the oversteer in corners, but it always comes back. I will reinstate the setup options for this race, and we can have a chat in Discord with any adjustments that work in taming the wee car's twitchiness
