Assetto Corsa Racing Club event

For the latest Rookie Race duel we will be heading over to Magione
The Autodromo dell'Umbria at Magione is one of Italy's smaller tracks, though thanks to its central location in Italy it has seen plenty of use during its lifetime. Once a tiny circuit of just over a mile, it was extended in the 1990s to its present 1.5 mile configuration, though it still ranks among the shortest circuit's in the country.

Time to install Teamspeak and join the fun online while you enjoy the banter. Ask as many questions about simracing as you like and don't be afraid as there are no stupid questions. The worst thing that can happen is that you'll become a better driver :) #AbarthyParty

Wait? What is this?

For this event you need absolutely nothing special. A copy of Assetto Corsa, keyboard, console controller, or steering wheel it's all fine. Today we are going to focus on getting you on the online track (for the first time) and giving you a great experience and making you a better driver.

Make sure to be on time for the extended practice session and have teamspeak installed and be with us for the full length of the event. This is the longest session of almost an hour to get familiar with the car and the track. That's right, you don't need to practice offline first. You can come by fully unprepared :)

After practice we skip to qualification to decide the racing order and do a short fun race of only 30 minutes so everybody can return to their wives, girlfriends, mom in time.

All added to the list guys, maybe i need to join you guys again at some point.. it was good fun last week,
I got close to you a couple of time Rasmus but overtaking is another story in these little cars..
Dont know how i managed to run out of fuel though with a lap to go... maybe use 6th gear a bit more..:roflmao::roflmao:

I really thought you would get me on the last round. Wanted to brake on finish to give you the well earnt place. I really had to fight!
Next moment I didn't even see you in the mirror :( was a shame! But I still wonder how... I floored the throttle everytime I could and revved every gear up to the limiter, no 6th!

Maybe it's because people heel-toe? I don't (read 'can't'), and I almost always have excess fuel because I'm not touching the throttle at all under braking?
