RFE Help?

Hi Everyone, ive had rfactors RFE Mod for a long time now and ive only just picked it back up after parting out my rFactor mods into different installs. i have the problem where the mod itself is installed properly but im not able to select the new weather types from the menu. i can only select overcast and sunny. i remember hearing that there was a special ui i had to install that gave me access to the new types. is this true and can someone link me to this if they have it?

i installed both the uis that were there, and neither of them worked. any ideas?
