Rfactor problem fps

When I played rfactor 1, suddenly I encountered the problem as seen in the video. I assume this is an fps issue. I ask for help to solve what I have to do

You should explain further : When does it occur ? Which mod (or plain rFactor) ? Which track ? Race or not, online or not ? Etc. And add your computer characteristics and your game settings.
I'm not a rFactor guru but I'm sure they need this.

I put a video on how it happened, but it can't be done because maybe the video can't be uploaded...I'm sorry. I will explain but in advance, I apologize because my English is not very good.
So, when I enter testing or race mode, suddenly the fps drops, maybe around 1-2 fps. so that when moving the steering wheel it looks like it's broken, in this case, the fps or I don't know exactly. For example, I entered into testing mode, when I exited the pit the problem occurred. as well as when in race mode.

Computer specifications ?
Initial rFactor or a mod ?
Other programs running at the same time ?
Have you tried to lower the graphical level ?
