I know it works offline with MMG and other mods but does it come out for crashes online?

Depends on how you setup your flag rules in game, Full flags will be with safety car and black ,yellow and blue flags. We have only black flag on the server because we have normal drivers here 
Nice ok, good to see some games have them online.
You will not see many servers with full flags because it is not completly bug free. Like neverending laps behind the safety car
