rFactor cockpit view shaking, how to eliminate?

Hello

I am struggling so much while racing with the forced cockpit view in rFactor because of the shaky view, I tried to Zero the head movement but still the move and shaking bothering me so much.
I want to know how to completely eliminate the moving and shaking while in cockpit view.
