Could not join, I kept getting the message "Serveur connection failed". On the other hand I do not think it would have changed much as I did not see any other potential Megane drivers about. Very disapointing as I was not able to drive for personal reasons since one month.

I had the same problem too.Also figured not any point in in trying to figure out the problem cause last week only Stefan and me raced and this week nobody again.Seems like not much hope for rfactor2 here at Race Department as there are declining numbers for all races,even clio cup is lucky to get six or seven drivers.

I totally forgot about tonight's race.

GSC seems to be very populair right now... I like rF2 better especially the feel of driving the cars. Hopefully rF2 goes gold soon, so mod makers will start finishing their mods and the content will be more.

I think the numbers will grow. this will be a great game which lasts for years.
maybe if we had less races for sign ups? then allplayers focus on 1 race instead of 2 or 3?
i'm sure people will get distracted with f1 2012 as well but as i say, rfactor 2 will grow as soon as it goes gold.

I think so to just getting impatient waiting for more people to join up for races.You would think the meganes especially would be more popular.They are such a nicely balanced car.
Guys you should check out the ~ISR~ megane mod it's down loadable from the server,no password required or you can get it from there site.Takes an already great car and makes it superb.Much better engine sound and adjustable gears,improved physics.Slightly harder to drive but feels more realistic.

Edit:I have learned the physics are actually the same,just the engine sound and adjustable gears are different.

I was thinking the same as you Andrew. As for me I should be able to race pretty well every saturday from now on. Even if there are only a couple of others I will be there as these are great fun to drive.

i'm happy to race most days altho i do work.
thing is, i'm new to rfactor 2. i'm reasonable in terms of pace and improving but if i race, i need to practise beforehand. so i don't want to practise and then race is cancelled or just 2 turn up. happy to race any track any day. this endurance race for example, i think lots will join or at least a decent few as it's a big event. not that i'm criticising the different opportunities. just suppose we could be more focused with less races and know that if we fail to turn up, we're going to miss out.

just bought a pc not long ago but rfactor seems quiet, as does rfactor 2...wonder what everyone is playing on?lol

Matt, I will check out that mod somewhere this week. Maybe something to use in upcoming RD races.
