is there any way of removing the lens dust (dirty or wet) in the normal view of Grid 2?

I am not an expert and don't want to change too much with any tools

Perhaps there is a effects.xml with only this removed? I don't think there is a mod?
Also, is there any chance to unlock the cars only for split screen playing?
