You can create a smaller picture with windows open your screenshot with "picture" (i guess because i'm french and Win10 tells me "photo").

Than select the three dots at the top left, than "resize" and you will be able to create a smaller one. (i use this for my youtube chanel). Make a save of your original if you want to keep it, because resizing will erase the first file.
