Recentering view with G2 headset

Guys, not sure why, but in AC, AMS2, 50% of the time the game starts with the view off centre, and not by a little. I have looked and looked for where to recenter the view, but can't find it.

Can anyone point me to it?

There should be a recenter VR view option in every sim. I have that mapped to a button on the wheel, so i can comfortably grab the wheel in driving position and recenter whenever i start a sim.

In AMS2 e.g. you can find it here, the option is "Center VR Headset"

You can do this in AC by using CTL + space

To add to the AC tip from Red bull, you can also assign a key/button to recenter from within Content Manager, if you do use that.
