The seventh running of the RaceDepartment Le Mans Series is here! Round One at Interlagos is this Saturday 1st April! Read on to find out how to watch and win as the action unfolds...

With a capacity grid of top drivers in both the beautiful LMP 2 Prototype class and the wonderfully varied GT Grand Touring Class, the action out on track is sure to be brutally fast and fierce during the opening round of the season at the Formula One Brazilian Grand Prix venue of Interlagos. With 12 hours of non stop racing action ahead of the teams this April 1st, and with the notoriously unpredictable weather in Brazil, it really is anybody's race for the taking.

The RDLMS by Vesaro has been designed to mirror the world of professional endurance racing and is made up of a challenging series of races held over 6 to 24 hours, designed to be the ultimate test of skill and endurance. A virtual mirror of the European Le Mans Series, we will be hosting professionally run and professional broadcast races using rFactor 2 and supported by premium sim racing peripheral manufacturers Vesaro and Thrustmaster. The name of the game is to prove you are the best of the best. The stakes are high and the prizes are unbelievable!

In order to mirror the best of the best from the world of the European Le Mans series, our new championship will once again be utilizing the beautifully crafted Endurance Series version 1.00 mod by the Enduracers Modding Team. We will be hitting the track using the awesome LMP2 prototype cars and the equally exciting GT Grand Touring cars. With machines from the likes of the legendary Ferrari, Aston Martin, Chevrolet, Porsche and BMW stable making up the GT grid, we are sure for a tight battle out on track.

Prototype fans can enjoy the breakneck speed and awesome downforce on offer from such prominent manufactures as Ligier, Lola, Oreca and Zytek as they weave their way through packed grids of cars in the battle to be crowned overall RDLMS by Vesaro Season 7 Champion.

You can see all the cars, teams and drivers due to take to the circuit by checking out the brilliant RDLMS by Vesaro spotter guide as created by the wonderfully talented @alexSchmurtz HERE.

Seems like I won't be able to watch the majority of time, unfortunately. I'll definitely try to hop by whenever I can. Great job guys

Would be great to see if you can pop in when you get the chance. Looking at the testing times I suspect even with the race running for 12 hours close fights will be par for the course pretty much all through the field :)

Looking like it's going to be a great race / season, well done everyone who's making it happen and taking part :) Good luck!
