Must be something related to UAC.... (was doing it as a non admin user, doing the same as admin, after confirming all fine)

Everybody who installed version 1.0 must first delete the older one.
Go to your Steam\SteamApps\common\Automobilista folder and doubleclick on the Uninstal RD Mini Skinpack.exe

Instructions:

First uninstall the older version of the mini skinpack.
Than download this one and point your installer to your automobilista folder.
