You only need to own on of the skins to race! and also, tracks only cost a couple of pounds!

You can buy one of the packs. You only need the car you wanna use. You can test drive them before buy, so it's pretty easy to chose. The track's can be bought on packs too, and they overlap, so you always have a discount for content you already own that is included in another pack.
