Managers, you can't just throw a number at me, you need to actually talk to your drivers and agree on a contract.
Drivers too, if you've not been spoken to, you don't have to accept it, you're allowed to question and are encouraged to be negotiating contracts.
Just some things I've heard.
More than anything it seems to be that people are forgetting/losing their contracts that may have been agreed on a long time ago, please try to remind each other of their contracts such that there aren't any problems.
