RB MAX inspired career helmet - Custom career helmet

Install using EEA 5.0. The only problem is in the reflection file (_s.tga) which i don't know how to save properly (because it is verstappen's exported helmet) and the career helmets and driver's helmets are not the same. Screenshot is in the file.
