Rawinput smoothing?

GTR2 seems to lack rawinput smoothing, when I look at the control settings menu, the pedal inputs for example seems to always have jittery signals. Upon investigation, this seems to be due to a lack of rawinput smoothing algorithm to level out signal noise. Just wondering if it is me only or does this also happen for anyone else. Would also appreciate if anyone can point me to a solution,
