Racing apps?

Can anyone recommend a good all in one motor sports app for iOS that includes DTM, F1 and the like and that's available in the U.S.? I've become quite addicted to DTM, WTCC and all the apps I've tried have been lackluster or Exclusive to other regions. Apologies if this post is in the wrong place. Thanks so much for any recommendations.
