Sector3 Studios have revealed the second car from the upcoming 'Porsche DLC 3' for the studio, and it's a rather special one indeed...

That's right, after the moderately exciting news of the 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport as the first announcement from the pack, today we get sight of car #2 for the first time - and it is the brand new 911 GT2 RS Clubsport!

Taking the honour of having the very first version of this brand new car in a sim racing title, Sector3 Studios have pulled off quite the coup by securing this exciting new machine, and with 700hp with little in the way of excess weight, it should be an absolute riot to drive once it finally hits the public build of the simulation.

Interestingly this is the first of the new SRO sanctioned GT2 specification cars to come to RaceRoom Racing Experience, and it will be interesting to see if Sector3 Studios have an appetite to bring more of this exciting class of racing into the sim as further manufacturers become involved in the category going forward.

Already we have seen the lovely Audi R8 LMS GT4 from the new category, perhaps that could be another future project from the developers... here's hoping!

RaceRoom Racing Experience is a PC exclusive racing simulation, available now.

The RaceRoom Racing Experience sub forum here at RaceDepartment is the place to go for news and discussion about this excellent racing title. In the forum you can chat with fellow fans and take part in our excellent RaceRoom Racing Experience Racing Club - a great way to race in a clean, fair and fun online environment.
