Check the folder structure - and make sure it's in the right car's folder (lms_2016, from newest dlc)

I've downloaded a coupla hundred [NO Kidding!] skins & have only seen the "all white" livery a few times. This skin however is different. The title is correct, "preview" is all grey, and whichever skin is in the #2 position, [I have 3 rows of seven skins ATM] loads instead! Have never seen this before & spent about an hour trying to solve the problem but to no avail! ...O.G.

I shortened the folder name to Phoenix_Racing_Asia_5, now it all works fine. I realise this will probably mess it up, for online use but it works.
