F1 2018 R&D thoughts?

Hi all

What are everyone's thoughts on the R&D this year? I'm driving for force India and am on my 4th race and I have had 2 parts fail already the other teams are already developing quickly and I already feel I am falling behind. What are your experiences further into your career?

I did 3 quality control in engine and 2 in aero and chassis and no upgradres have failed so far. It is annoying that you can't upgrade for a few races if you do this method, but it does mean parts usually succeed.
Personally I like the r&d. Upgrades are more effective which is nice, and the rule changes are a neat addition
