PC2 Questions: replay in practice mode and seat adjustment

I'm not finding a way to save replays while in practice mode, is this possible ?

Is there a way to adjust the seat while sitting in the the pits without having to do it while the car is auto driving down the pit lane ?

No.

You can do this if manual pit stops are enabled.
