PS3 and PC

Hope everyone is doing fine. have a question it might be a foolish one but if i never ask i would never know, Is it possible for the PS3 to join a PC lan Party?

Yeah, closest think is on Portal 2 you can play Co-op PC+PS3, PC+Mac or Mac+PS3. But AFAIK that's the only game that supports cross-platform multiplayer.
