PC2 Project CARS 2 Won't Launch

Hello,
I recently purchased PC2 from GreenManGaming. I installed it, but then it gave me a "insufficient file privileges for this .acf file. Anybody know how I can fix this? I already tried launching steam as an admin, still doesn't work. Thanks.

launch steam, and then try launching pcars2.exe manually as administrator from his folder

I will try that. Might be a bit off-topic, but same happens to my Steamworks Common Redistributables.
