Problem FGT Rumble 3-1

Hello, I have a problem with my new Thrustmaster Wheel and Pedals. I'm playing on PC NFS Carbon. When I'm in a menu in the game, I always have to press one pedal. Otherwise it's just scrooling up or down very fast. When I have it plugged in while i'm surfing, it makes sometimes spaces.
But my main problem: When I release the Pedals while driving, it's automaticly braking and throtteling..

I got a same problem
