My mental guideline is the TV watershed in the UK. 9pm. Top Gear is on at 8pm here. therefore I reason my picture is acceptable. Your image, however is something that would not likely be shown ever on TV

Not suitable for young persons?! This commercial was just on Dutch TV back in the day..
While advertisements for cigarettes are 'okay'?

Is it just me, or is it this being kinda hypocrite?
There's nothing damaging to children what's mentioned in my advertisement. While ciggies are damaging!
