Follow MildtDesign's instructions on how to install his Mod from HERE
Once you have that installed then simply copy & paste my mod into your F1 directory

okay thanks, I did it but when im downloading the porsche mod and open it i have to do it with the modmanager. is that right?

Just unzip the file and you should see a folder named 2024_asset_groups. Simply copy & paste it into your F1 24 main directory. You will get a pop up message to overwrite it, click ok and you should be good to go. I have no idea what modmanger is?

You can use Winrar yes. Although I think Windows can now unzip files by themselves but I use Winrar

You will have to enter customisation then badges and you can alter the colour there

You can't use more than one My Team mod at a time, (they use the same files, so installing another will overwrite the current car), but you can install other mods for other cars along with a My Team mod

I'm getting the team emblem on the racing suit and the walls of the garage. Any way to turn this off? It's not in your screenshots.

Install this mod and it should blank it out. Once you have it installed then enter the customisation section and choose the blank badge in there:
