port forward hell

I finally have my ports forwarded so i can host games i used no software or wizards other than a port tester from pcwintech.com,really good site extremely helpfull forum with quick response to questions if you have had as many probs as i, try there,the port tester alone saves bundles of head scratching.I am still stunned its working,but am certain now as with a lot of things with pc stuff if you turn all power off reboot after successes and repeat process sometimes it goes in and sometimes it dont,pot bloody luck i say.
