Follow the instructions to install the Modular Mod 1.05 base file here:

If installed correctly you will find a folder named Modular_Mods in your F1 22 directory. Inside this, there is a folder named Active.
Copy and paste the .erp files from my mod into that and when you open the game this mod will be your My Team car. Any time you wish to return to the default car just take them out of the Active folder again
