Porsche GT4: Lava Orange, Miami Blue and Ultraviolet - Porsche Cayman GT4: additional colors of the 718 and GT3RS

Adding some cool colors of the 718 and 911 GT3RS:
- Lava Orange
- Miami Blue
- Ultraviolet

Most of the work is just copying some files, so it's easy to add more. Just let me know in case you'd like to have yet another one.
