Judging by the R&D chart I would say now after the updates the midfield is very tight. And Haas is finally making updates. Finally.

Glad the mod is finally having an impact in Season 2. I'm glad you have mad races.
Finally a Williams scores in the race.

It's really a shame that driver transfers in F1 2021 also happen very rarely.

Yes. I would leave the resource rate and cash rate higher for the AI. This means that the AI gets more R&D and can develop more. In theory. I can't say if they'll do it.
