Download the RAR file, extract the EXE and run it... It will ask you where you have installed rFactor... and voila...

It was just brought to my attention that Dailight Saving time begins this coming Sunday in the US. We are moving the clocks 1 hour forward. Since we still keep the 6pm US start time that should be 22gmt? right?
