paypal blocking my account upgrade

so normally paypal will just accept your wallet if it has enough funds in it. i've upgraded my wallet for it to be enough to renew my premium subscription but every time i want to upgrade paypal forces me to enter credit card details. i don't own a credit card and am not willing to get one either so i'm stuck on what to do next

I have been using a " debit" card linked to my savings account as long as I can remember.
I prefer PayPal but I have never had issue using the card.
They cost nothing from your bank, at least in Australia.

in the netherlands we can top up our paypal wallet with Ideal, a program linked with our debit card, i sadly can't link it directly to paypal though

I am talking about a Visa or Mastercard "debit" car that use your bank balance.
I can't link it to PayPal, I just use it when PayPal is unavailable.

In 10 years I had one instance of fraud, they tried to access my card but bank caught it and suspended my card.
Cost me $1.25 for the service, happy to oblige.

PayPal I have never had a issue.

Anyone does not use best VPN ( preferably through the router ), good security software and multi verification is just asking for it
