F1 2021 patch 1.16 myteam livery not working

Hey guys im new to modding so im not sure if this is a rookie mistake or a known problem but i loaded up the game today but the liveries for the FOM car for myteam has the default casper akkerman and devon butler livery (im using the Tag heuer persche livery) and they are also blurry. the suits, gloves and helmet are fine but the only issue is the livery. if you know any way to help please tell me.
