Panizzi Monte-Carlo 2006 - 2006 Rallye Monte-Carlo Skoda livery

I have updated the Panizzi livery used during the 2006 Monte-Carlo Rally.
Two versions available: one with the rally sponsor plates,the other with the game sponsor plates.

- updated blue metallic paint.
- updated windshield.
- added missing sponsors.
-correction and repositioning of certain sponsors.
-added crew names.
- update windows.
- updated license plates.
- added crew to car selection screen.
