This is an early version of the Palanga circuit, located near the city of Palanga, Lithuania. It's a temporary circuit, constructed on a highway intersection for the annual 1006km endurance race.

Installation:
* Drag & drop into Content Manager or extract into content/tracks folder.

Details:
* Modeled using 5m LIDAR. Bumps are not accurate, but height and angles are pretty close.
* Two layouts: endurance (used since 2014) and drift

some small fixes

* adjusted track limits near tire chicanes
* added a separate layout where tire chicanes have collision instead of using track limits to prevent cuts
* reduced pitboxes to 35 to prevent issues with fitting cars on the grid
* fixed an issue where you could gain a lap by starting at the end of the grid

HOTFIX: reduce crowd sizes

Fixing an issue where due to a mistake in configuration, crowd sizes in full-grid races are unreasonably huge.

To avoid the "No Shadowed White Line Syndrome"...

... you can add this code at the end of the config.ini:

[SHADER_REPLACEMENT_...]
ACTIVE=1
DESCRIPTION= shadows cast on white lines
MATERIALS= WHITE_LINE
BLEND_MODE = ALPHA_TEST
IS_TRANSPARENT = 0

... so that the shadows under the cars can be seen correctly.

I basically used various angles of TV feed as a reference to make them. So they could be a bit off. Since a few people mentioned it already, I'll add it my to-do list.

Bug fixes and other improvements

This update fixes some issues and inaccuracies

• adjusted tire chicane positions according to real life data. Now they are a bit easier to navigate
• added the pit chicane curb.
• the track is now the correct scale, as previously it was ~1% too small.
• removed the layout without collisions, as it wasn't working well
• removed pit boxes from under the bridge to prevent cars from spawning on the bridge
• added time penalties for cutting the chicanes in race mode
• closed off the...

I edited your AI a littte bit.
Now after the start the AI can make the first chicane without accidents (but not always)
