F1 2018 Opening extracted textures issue. Please help

I am trying to extract textures via the ERP archiver. However whenever I open the DDS file in Photoshop CS2, it just opens a black screen. Is this a well known issue? If so how was it fixed? I use the Nvidia DDS plugin for this. I have tried opening with other programs such as paint.net and I just get an error message. Why is this?

You have to get the Intel Texture Works plugging for photoshop. Install this and you won't have a problem anymore.

Is it possible to get that for Photoshop CS2 as thats all I have... If so is there a link?

I don't know cause I use CS6 but you can always try it and see if it works.
