changed blur a little bit, removed dirty camera lens and made fisheye effect more realistic

How can you install this?

1) Dowload and install reshade from their offical site https://reshade.me/ (it's free and when you install it uncheck all effects)
2) Download my preset and extract it in your game file
3) start F123
4 optional) when you are in game, press insert and go to settings edit toggle effect key (you can put whatever you want mine is on insert so you can deactivate and activate reshade whenever you want. The rest of edit is your choice)
