I have the LG version that this AOC panel uses and just want to tell people it's an absolutely amazing monitor, a real game-changer. You'll be very happy with this monitor.

The thing i like about this monitor, i was going to buy three?? cost was a dawning on me factor, " eventually" especially when i costed into this a 5090 or 4090 GPU i would also need.
The thing which is most noticeable, "height of the screen", i have had a 49" curved Samsung, with this screen you are very wide but the lack of height is a very noticeable effect, pillar box looking.
With this monitor 45" , not that much difference in width mainly enhanced by its 800R and its height, when you use is this monitor you have a lot more surrounding real estate. The height it has is very noticeable compare to your more traditional 49" monitor. Plus it is easier to drive with its 3440 x 1440p format.

Yes, 45" 21:9 is like an ultrawide version of a standard 36" or 37" monitor so it is a very big size/image. 49" 32:9 is like a super ultrawide version of a standard 27" monitor so it is a very small size/image.
