OBS Drift Mod?

There was this one old drifting mod called Oversteer OBS Drifting or something. Plenty of YouTube videos about it, but unfortunately none have the download link. Their own site is long gone, and the one download link I could find was from MegaUpload which infamously got shuttered 12 years ago.

Does anybody still have that mod? If so, can they please send it to me or post it here?
