Nordschleife camera fix - replay camera fix of Nordschleife

I fixed some bad cameras of Nordschleife.
All cameras in all layouts are fixed.
In tourist layout, I added parking cameras to STATIC and TV2 like TV1.

Installation

• BACK UP YOUR ORIGINAL FILES!
• Replace or overwrite with my cameras.
