Extensions don't modify the track itself so I guess so but cannot guarantee it.
I mostly create the extensions and test offline and don't have time anymore to play so much...
But I am sure somebody can confirm it to you (I hope)

The bridge at Tiergarten entry had a different billboard than the usual Bilstein one.

Another Total ad at Tiergarten, only visible when looking reverse:
